Larry Wallace Jr.\, Ph.D. will be speaking about Enhancing Veteran Support Systems. \nThe Veterans Leadership Task Force strives to better connect the Veterans Health Administration with campus and local community health services. It hopes to mitigate redundancies\, give providers more access to patient information\, improve patient outcomes & experience\, and increase the efficient use of federal\, state\, and local taxes. \nObjectives \n\nParticipated will be informed on the various national and state legislations\, services\, and programs established to support veterans;\nThe importance of veteran services and support programs to be connected with the Veterans Health Administration;\nThe importance of veteran self-identification; and\nThe common veteran engagement hindrances to self-identification and Veterans Health Administration Enrollment.
